The Arena Alumni Office is dedicated to offering support and benefits to the Arena community following Arena-Courses. The Alumni Relations team strives to communicate the outstanding accomplishments of all Arenians. The Alumni Association of Arena Multimedia provides many great discounts and benefits, events and volunteer opportunities. The Alumni office helps alumni STAY CONNECTED and acts as a liaison between the Arena and the Arena community.

Mission
MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of the Arena Alumni Network is to inform, encourage, unite and serve to Arena alumni In support of this, we are committed to:

Encouraging alumni involvement and participation in the educational, recreational, and social activities of the Arena community in a way that supports Arena’s Mission
Reconnect with old classmates
Building professional relationships
Learn about workplace trends
To promote digital graphics, multimedia education, arts, and related disciplines
To undertake activities for enhancement of the image of Arena Multimedia nationally and internationally
To create awareness and responsiveness about multimedia amongst public-at-large through activities including,
i. exhibitions, shows, and other modes of expose; and
ii. lectures, workshops, conferences, and symposia etc

 

WHO ARE ARENA’S ALUMNI?

Alumni are those individuals who have passed out from an approved Diploma, Certificate Course or Short Course at Arena Multimedia.

Associate Alumni/Friends are those individuals who have attended Arena as a student, served on a board or committee, worked at the Campus and are now working somewhere else or who have contributed time, goods in kind or money to the Institute.

Honourary Alumni are those who have been identified by the Alumni Advisory Board as having made a significant contribution to the Alumni Mission at Arena.

Organize an Alumni Event

Do you want to reconnect with former classmates?  Begin planning or attending Arena Alumni events to network with fellows.  Here are some event

Ideas

  • Tour of Animation house.
  • Winter barbeque with former classmates with in city.
  • Breakfast with the center head/placement executive of your school and invite former classmates.
  • Theatre night at Arena center from your program.
  • Arena artist showcase displaying work of present and past students.
  • Coffee house night with live music and alumni from your program
  • A series of meetings hosted by alumni to spotlight their business and provide networking opportunities
  • Dinner for a class or batch.
  • Speaker series for alumni to advise students on issues relating to their education into a career.

The alumni office is willing to assist you in the process by compiling contact lists of Arenians, e-mailing invites, booking rooms to host the event, and much more.  Please keep the Alumni Office up-to-date with any events you are organizing so we can promote the event on our new alumni events calendar.
