Arena Multimedia Defence Centre arranged an Corporate  visit for its students to Merit Packaging on 19th July, 2012 along with the Marketing Executive Mrs.Asma Khan and Faculty Member of Arena Defence Mr. Ovais Qadri.

Students saw the gradual step by step processes of packaging there. The students were first guided Pre Press, Press and post press procedures than they showed scanning department. They also showed the printing process & cutting dept and explained the procedures of operating machines such as Hydelberg machine which they brought from Germany Mr Mansha Saleem  Printing Manager of Merit Packaging explained all the processes of Printing to students after that they showed how we can apply foils on papers then they showed gluing and cutting department also.

Mr. Tariq Mehmood also showed us lab of Merit Packaging in which Lab Department Head Mr. Waqas Ahmed showed equipments which they used for testing the quality of paper color, weight etc

They also take us to Gravure Printing section where the Head of Gravure printing department Mr.Adnan explains all about Gravure Printing.

The professional ambiance was so encouraging for our students. All the staff members of “MERIT PACKAGING” helped a lot in making the students understand the print and Packaging Thanks to  Mr.Tariq Mehmood for their assistance and motivational support to the students.
