Arena Multimedia Shahrah-e-Faisal arranged a workshop on Latest trends in web development  on 14th Jan 2012 conducted by Mr. Saad Ahmed Siddiqui an alumni of Arena Shahrah-e-Faisal at presently working as a User Interface Engineer in Axact .

CMS
In his workshop he discussed about different Content Management Systems like Joomla, WordPress .  Both are open-source content management systems (in short: CMS), for publishing content for the World Wide Web. The programming language use to create them Is PHP, and it uses object-oriented programming (in short: OOP).

CMS is in the long-term description a Content Manager System. CMS’s are software that helps people share data, control access to data, storage and retrieval of data. CMS’s helps people without knowledge of programming to set up their websites in the World Wide Web.

Further he will be discussing about client side scripting.

Students appreciated this workshop and showed great interest in web development and different content management systems. They were highly inspired by their Alumni Saad Siddiqui’s achievements and success he has achieved in this young age.
